Our Values and Principles

ZETTA Critical AI (ZA Cloud SRL) is a Romanian company that builds sovereign, air-gapped AI solutions, fully compliant with European law, for institutional clients in defense, cybersecurity, and counter-disinformation. Our work is governed by five operating principles.

1. European technological sovereignty. ZETTA solutions operate under the exclusive control of the client, with no dependence on infrastructure or models subject to jurisdictions outside the European Union. In our operational architecture, neither ZETTA Critical AI as a legal entity, nor any founder, shareholder, or employee of the company has access to client data or to the content processed by our solutions during productive operation, once deployed in the client's environment. This isolation is structurally guaranteed: air-gapped deployments, auditable models, and the elimination of telemetry channels back to the vendor. Architected this way from product inception.

2. Respect for fundamental human rights. ZETTA's operations comply fully with the European legislative framework (AI Act, DSA, GDPR) and applicable national law. This compliance is built into the technical and organizational architecture of the company, from product design through to operating procedures.

3. Countering disinformation and extremist content. One of ZETTA's principal product lines is the development of AI solutions for detecting and countering online disinformation and extremist content. Part of this work is co-financed by European funds dedicated to these objectives. We treat these phenomena as real threats to European democratic security.

4. Non-partisan professionalism. ZETTA is not, and will not become, a political actor. We develop technology for institutional clients on contractual terms, regardless of the political orientation of sitting governments, and without promoting ideologies or public agendas.

5. Team and collective governance. ZETTA is built by a team of Romanian engineers and researchers, predominantly graduates of Romania's technical universities. Strategic direction and operational decisions are made collectively by the leadership team, formalized through the company's statutory structures, and accountable to shareholders and clients.

ZETTA Critical AI continues to develop sovereign technology for the security and democratic resilience of Romania and the European Union, in partnership with the public institutions that place their trust in us, and open to institutional dialogue through established professional channels.
